Third Conditional

Üçüncü koşul cümlesi geçmişteki varsayımsal durumları anlatır — olmayan şeyleri ve farklı sonuçları hayal eder. Geçmiş olaylar hakkında pişmanlık, eleştiri veya rahatlama ifade eder. Yapı: If + miş'li geçmiş zaman, would have + geçmiş zaman ortacı.

Geçmişte GERÇEKLEŞMEYEN durumlardan bahsetmek ve sonucun NE OLACAĞINI hayal etmek için kullanın. Pişmanlık ifade etmek, geçmiş eylemleri eleştirmek veya alternatif sonuçları hayal etmek için yaygındır.

SIK YAPILAN HATALAR

if-cümleciğinde, miş'li geçmiş zamanı (had + geçmiş zaman ortacı) kullanın — 'would have' DEĞİL.

She would have pass the exam if she had studied.

She would have passed the exam if she had studied.

'would have' den sonra, geçmiş zaman ortacı formunu kullanın (passed, pass değil).

İpucu

Üçüncü koşul cümlesi = pişmanlık veya geçmişi farklı hayal etme. Her iki kısım da geçmişte: If + HAD done (miş'li geçmiş zaman) → WOULD HAVE done (geçmiş sonuç). Hiçbir şey değişemez — her şey varsayımsal!
